Posted By: Teresa Butler on September 19, 2006 By now, everyone is either reading, 'DON'T EVEN TRIP,' or ordering it, or atleast reserving it in their local library. "I can't believe how much love every hood in American has shown my very first hardcover novel. I'm just real happy in knowing that I have satisfied a need in the Urban, reading community." Author Teresa Rae Butler has a new title coming from the GHETTO ICE BOOKLINE set to hit the shelves near you any day this month aptly named, 'GOD, I RESPECT YA GANGSTA.' It is about one woman's journey as a straight up educated heathen who suddenly got called to implement a plan to develop a lottery for the poor, and remind the world of the original kings and queens of this planet's true identity. Sucker-punch lines like, "so everybody, including the white people, are really niggaz?" from the character Tyrone of the first book, 'DON'T EVEN TRIP,' are sure to make the fan's of Teresa Rae Butler call all of the homies in the bookclubs across the country to stand up and take notes for idle discussions. The girl even has a tight little myspace web page.
