Fact is, living and merely spending time on this earth will gain us all special skills and talents be it by way of work or play. The landscaper, math teacher,photograhper,editor, babysitter, mother,father,drummer,peace officer, nurse, mechanic, roofer, carpenter, artist, swimmer, golfer, dental hygienist, ad infinitum, dissatisfied doctor,raeltor,dentist,lawyer and on and on and on...have have refined something from having lived. Is golf your passion, or is it computer tinkering, writing, speaking, debating or the like? There is something to be pleasurefully and economically gained from every talent under the sun...be it one or ten talents. We'll begin some discussions here about taking it out of the sand or wherever it's buried or struggling to be uncovered and not paving the way for you/us economically. So you're a Realtor with MLS listings and your Broker's website working for you, but you are not breaking out of the box and blazing trails as you expected you would. There is nothing wrong with you. More than likely , there is something wrong with the/process. Do your clients know you as they should, or are they just looking at your raw advertising data and making their decisions from there. Do they feel about your expertise as you feel about it? Would a visitor to your website (if you have one) feel like you are the local expert for them if they were looking to re-locate from another state or country? Moreover, can they feel like they know you as they should, as though they were standing face to face with you? Well partner, they need to feel this way about, but you cannot break out of the box that your Broker has you in because you don control that site. And even if you did have your own site, is your visitor being barraged by sales copy starting on your homepage or entry page? How would you feel if you were he, or she?
