The International Elite Black Miss Pageant™ System (IEBM)
was developed to celebrate the unique beauty and talents of women in black communities across the world. We all offer all participants an opportunity to showcase their beauty and talents, but most importantly a chance to build and grow.

International Elite Black Miss Queens & Princesses embody the standards that all Black women hope to attain. She’s smart, articulate, in shape, talented, and stylish….she’s the total package!!

The International Elite Black Miss Pageant System welcomes all women of the Black Diaspora. We have competition categories for the youngest to older women, single, married, and mother & daughters…. This pageant system celebrates the cultural uniqueness of the feminine side of Black Communities across the world. The term “Black Community” encompasses a global group larger than just African Americans. Blacks are a diverse group of individuals who come from a multitude of cultural backgrounds, heritages, and countries. These include (but are not limited to): African, African-American, Bahamian, Canadian, Caribbean, Cayman, Haitian, Jamaican, Nigerian, Sudanese, Barbadian, and Trinidadian.

All of the International Elite Black Miss Pageants and Competitions are exciting events that provide an opportunity for talented and intelligent Black women to showcase their talents, pursue their dreams, and achieve their goals. Our pageants feature empowered, strong, talented, and positive Black women, teens, and young girls. Our contestants will compete for a host of prizes & recognition for their God-given talents & abilities… and as a result we will have the fantastic opportunity to introduce the most phenomenal women of color to the world!

How do I enter?

To enter the 2007 International Pageant you must be a preliminary/local titleholder. Meaning that you can represent your city, county, state, region, or country in the in the International Pageant!

Once we receive your online application either your Local Director or the International Office will send you next steps via email.

How do I earn a preliminary title?

There are two ways to earn a preliminary title:

A. Preliminary Pageant - If there is a preliminary competition in your area you will be contacted by the preliminary area director with the competition information.
or
B. At-Large Entry - If there is no preliminary competition in your area you are able to enter the international pageant directly. Simply contact the International office for an entry packet & application.

Preliminary titles are given on a first come first served basis. So the sooner you contact us, the sooner you can start promoting yourself and preparing for the International Compeition!

Is there an entry fee?

Yes there is an entry fee of $495.



Our pageant is self-supporting and relies on the entry fees to cover the majority of the operational & production related expenses. The entry fees pay for items such as sound, lighting, choreography, printing, choreography, production staff, consultants, judges, advertising, public relations, prizes, and many additional operating expenses.

What does the fee include?

A portion of the entry fee is directed back to the delegates in the form of the following:

Travel expenses

Can I have sponsors to pay my entry fee?

You can pay the entry fee yourself or seek sponsors. All sponsors wil be recognized in the IEBM program book. Sponsorship forms and regulations are in the official delegate handbook.

Delegate handbooks are sent after you accept the preliminarty title offer and pay your entry fee! Titles are awarded on a first come first serve basis - so the sooner you apply, the sooner you can get your title & get started seeking your sponsors.
Is there a payment plan available?

Of course! Contestants may pay the entry fee in full or may select a payment plan. A deposit of $195 is required to initiate the payment plan. The deposit secures your title and your crown and sash will be orderd. Payments must be made at least every 30 days until your entry fee is paid in full. Failure to remit payments may result in the loss of title and fees paid. You can not compete in the International Pageant without having the Entry Fee PAID IN FULL. No Exceptions.

Do all delegates receive a crown and sash?

Yes. International delegates will receive a crown and sash. We want you to promote yourself prior to coming to the International Pageant.

How long does it take to get my crown and sash?

The order is placed for your crown and sash upon receipt of entry fee. We place our orders on the 15th of each month. It should take 6-8 weeks to receive your official crown and sash. If you are scheduled for an appearance and need the items quicker, we can put a rush on the order. In some cases, an additional rush fee may be charged to you for the items.

Am I required to make appearances?

Yes. All IEBM Queens & princesses must be visible and make appearances. You must keep in contact with the International office or your local director. There is a special award for delegates with an extra-ordinary effort with making appearances.

What is considered an appearance?

A public appearance is when you attend an appropriate location or event in your crown and sash to promote your platform and the International Elite Black Pageant System. There are many ways as well as places to make appearances. Suggestions along with more information on appearances & the special award we are giving away is in the delegate handbook.

Delegate Handbooks are sent after you accept the preliminarty title offer, and pay your entry fee! Titles are first come first serve so the sooner you apply, the sooner you can get started making appearances & have fun!

If I am unable to compete, is there a refund policy?

Unfortunately, No. Due to the operation and production cost we will not be able to issue a refund. All fees paid to the International Elite Black Pageant System are not refundable under any circumstances. This includes entry fees, event tickets, advertising fees, and any other fees related to the pageant. You may also be requested to return your crown and sash to allow another contestant to represent the title at the international pageant.

Am I required to sell any ads or tickets?

No. Program book ads are completely optional and have no bearing on the outcome of the pageant results. We do have a special category for the contestant that sells the most ads.
Your friends and family will be required to purchase tickets to see you compete in the pageant.

What can I win & what are the prizes?

Check the prizes page on the website for updates. Prizes are added as new sponsors come on board. Sponsorships are still being negotiated, and we are working to add more to this list. So, please stop back from time to time for update. A final list of prizes will be announced prior to competition.
