According to the judge, Busta's recent arrest for driving with a suspended license was the reason behind the decision; Rhymes is due back in court in May. CELEBRATING 20 YEARS: Hip Hop pioneers Public Enemy are currently on tour, celebrating their 20th year in hip hop. The famed militant group, with frontman Chuck D and legendary hype man Flavor Flav, was just announced as the latest addition to L.A.'s annual Rock the Bells concert taking place this August; Wu-Tang Clan is also scheduled to perform on the bill. HERE SHE COMES: Beyonce is set to release a new video, “Still In Love”, on Yahoo! next week. The new track is just one of many videos available on her re-released, deluxe edition "B'Day".
