The UFSC Foundation is interested in continuing this important program. Contributions will always be appreciated and accepted for the Herbert Whiteman, Jr. Scholarship Fund to meet the challenge of assisting students in achieving their educational goals and dreams. The UFSC Foundation is now accepting applications for the Herbert Whiteman Scholarship. The scholarships will be awarded during the UFSC 2009 National Conference which will be held on June 4 - 6, 2009 in Detroit, Michigan. Attached you will find the criteria and application guidelines for the scholarship. Applications must be received no later than April 30, 2009 to be considered for the 2009 Scholarship Award. Click below for additional information on scholarship: Herbert Whiteman, Jr. Scholarship Purpose: The Herbert W. Whiteman, Jr. Scholarship Fund was established to provide financial assistance to minority students attending an accredited college or university and pursuing an Undergraduate or Advanced Degree (Graduate or Ph.D.) in Finance or Business. Scholarships will be awarded annually (at the UFSC National Conference), based on availability of capital in the scholarship fund and applicant qualifications.
