Description Tenet is currently seeking an Account Specialist II for the Anaheim office. The individual will be: Responsible for the collection on all insurance dollars assigned of outstanding, aged insurance account balances that are payable by third party insurance, including health insurance, worker's compensation insurance, third party legal and government programs Qualifications Decision-making ability; ability to work with minimal supervision Effective organizational skills; flexibility in working multiple issues Strong customer service, interpersonal, analytical and math skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changes quickly Bilingual skills preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and typing skills required Minimum 3-5 years experience in a medical insurance collections or WC collections environment Proven experience in managing account follow-up Go to: www.tenethealth.com If you enjoyed this article, Join HBCU CONNECT today for similar content and opportunities via email! |
