What is the Land of Enchantment (LOE) Festival? A multicultural/multidisciplinary arts and entertainment event in the state of New Mexico consisting of food, fun, and entertainment for all. It also provides a platform for and empowers artists with the opportunity to develop and showcase their talent. 2. Who and/or what is Velvet Entertainment Enterprises (VEE)? VEE is an event planning and organizing group headed by John Smith & Jesse Bertrand Jr. 3. When and where is the Land of Enchantment Arts & Entertainment (LOEAE) Festival? This year’s festival will be Saturday, October 18, 2008 from 10 am to 10 pm. The location is Alameda Park, 1021 N. White Sands Blvd, Alamogordo, New Mexico. 4. How much is the registration fee? There is NO registration fee for Artists/Bands/Groups (unless you are planning to set up a booth to sell your products, etc.). Registration deadline for artists/bands/groups is 10/11/08. The minimum registration fee for Vendors is $20.00 [vendors provide their own booth]. Registration deadline for vendors is 10/11/08. Please call for pricing confirmation. 5. Can I get a refund for whatever reason? Please note that there will be NO REFUNDS. VEE, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse or cancel registration of any artist/band/group or vendor at any time with good reason (however, this would be the only case that a refund would be given). By sending or authorizing payment to VEE in any form, payer agrees to the following VEE policies: 1) payments are not refundable for any reason including, but not limited to, failure to use VEE credentials due to illness, acts of GOD, travel-related problems, or loss of employment; and 2) any unused registrations have no value and cannot be credited to future years of events; however, you may transfer your registration to another person for the LOEAE Festival 2008 only if you know that you will not be able to attend the event. 6. What is the general admission fee for the festival? General admission is FREE. EVERYONE is invited to attend.
