In this month's edition, finance professor Dr. Boyce Watkins provides insight on how to better manage your money. New YBE writer, Skylar Ezell, shares the importance of job moves in the present while staying focused on aspirations for the future. And Blackdoctor.org writer, Lorra Garrick, explains distinctions between aerobic and cardio workouts and how they relate to burning fat. All this and MORE in this month's edition of YBE! Last month also marked the beginning of the third year of YBE Magazine online. We'd not have a third year if it were not for all of the contributions people have made along the way and our many readers. We've grown from having under 6,000 visitors on our site in our first year to having nearly 70,000 visitors in our second year - a trend we'd *love* to see repeated for our third.
