Responsibilities: This position exists to provide a high level of Human Resources services to client groups in the USLM Sales organization. This position will engage in a wide range of HR support to assigned sales client groups such as employee relations, performance management and most importantly supporting the ongoing transformation of sales to a total solutions selling environment. This will require identifying and ensuring skills in the sales team that are consistent with the TPS model. Qualifications: 1. Bachelors in Business in HR Required or equivalent experience 2. Masters in Business in HR preferred or equivalent experience 3. 5-7 yrs HR related exempt level work 4. PHR/SPHR (Professional in Human Resources/Sr. Professional in Human Resources) Certification Preferred 5. Organizational effectiveness including managing and leading changes, managing multiple priorities and varying levels of complexity 6. OD, leadership effectiveness 7. Client strategy executions 8. Training & Development including design, development and implementation 9. Employee relations with an in-depth knowledge of employment laws 10. Recruitment and selection including workforce planning and staffing 11. Performance management and conflict resolution. Non-routine and emergent issues 12. Compensation and Benefits including equity analysis, job analysis, job design and overall compensation strategy 13.
