He wants your Ground.....

Posted By: Desmine Burton on July 31, 2007 Raise your hand if you're dealing with something right now in your life that has caused you to doubt God a bit. You can be honest. Matter fact, all of us at one point in our lives have doubted God for some time. So no need to get super-religious and try to make people think you've never doubted God.Let me share this with you today that the enemy is more concerned with your ground than you getting that new car. You may think he's concerned about the material things, but he's not concerned about the material things you may want or need, he's more concerned that you stay in a defeated state of mind so that he can control your ground. He knows that once your thinking changes, then you're believing will change and that will ultimately change your actions. And God is trying to rebuke the devourer for your sakes so that your ground will be protected. But because of the current issues we are facing today it has cause many of us to doubt God when we have seen the hand of God work in our lives prior. If God can bring you out of what you dealt with last season,then He can surely bring you out of what you're dealing with right now.You have to trust in Him with all your heart and not worship your issues, but worship Him! THOUGHT OF THE DAY....................................... "And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, so that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground, nor shall the vine fail to bear fruit for you in the field, says the Lord of hosts; and all nations will call you blessed, for you will be a delightful land, says the Lord of hosts." Malachi 3:11-12 You must first understand that the enemy is not fighting you for right now. Let me say that again. He's not fighting you for right now. The enemy is fighting you for your future. He's fighting you for your children that are unborn. He's fighting because he realizes that his time has come short and he's not desperate. How many of you have ever been in a real fight in your lives? If you didyou understand that when either yourself or the other person began to lose the fight they then became desperate. And when that happens, that's when all hell broke loose! They would pick up sticks, pipes, bottles, and any other weapons they could get their hands on. Same thing with the enemy. He's desperate. And now he's using all kinds of weapons. Let me throw this in here. His main weapon he's using is the people who said they were down with you. Wow! Friends, family, etc. And it's all because he doesn't want the fruit of your ground to prosper. Take a look around.Your ground should be bigger than your material possessions!
