Black Business need to reconnect to Black People! Most students who are studying Business in college have no plans to start a business when the graduate. They are following the old standard: Go to college, get an education so you can get a GOOD JOB! Read The Quiet Resolution (TQR) a National Black Empowerment Plan(http://tqrbe.blogspot.com) that connects Black Economic Development and Black People. Thanks for sharing Charles. It is indeed imperative that we collectively support our black businesses. I too, was one of those who was raised to get an education and good job. However, along the way, I lost my identity. I was just an "employee" in corporate and was dispensable. So I decided to become my own boss and teach my daughters that it is the way for us to prosper.
