sup yall QUESTION FOR YALL

Posted By: on May 09, 2005 I have noticed the statement "privleged" and "bourgeois". and i'm wondering if these statments are characteristics that people should gloat? For example I realized that I'm privleged but I never make that as a statement as to say that it makes me special, I only used that term to say that much of me is required as far is giving back. But i wonder do people look at these characteristics of themselves and necessarily believe they are better than some one. Because I belive that as far as an individual is concerned if he/she did not make the money themselves, that means no inheritance, no breaks, whats over, then there privelege has only come by chance and not by right. Because you are privledged it, does not nessecarily mean that you are bougeouis. If you have worked for what you have (and also being privledged because of your parent's wealth or even poor while growing up) you may become bougeouis because YOU have worked hard to get what you have and YOU feel like everyone else should do the same and is capable of doing the same. This is whether you are privleged or not. It is just based on how you react to your success and how you have attained it.
