Posted By: Phillip Auguste on November 12, 2007 If you're looking for some investment opportunities? I have quite a few pre-sale project that I've sent to my list of investors. The Southhaus project is taking reservation until December for 1.5 percent on you're selection and another 1.5 percent in February or March of 2008. All of the projects have a projected completion time between 2009 and 2010 except for Cherry and Citadin. I don't have the dates for them yet .Cherry has'nt launched it's project yet and Citadin is re-launching their project with new plans. All of these are a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor pricing. www.300southtryon.com www.southhaus.com www.liveincherry.com www.210trade.com ww.citadinliving.com Call me for any information on these projects.
