Nominate a Youth Entrepreneurship Promoter and Youth Entrepreneur for an award. EYE for Change recognizes teachers or individuals within the community who has consistently contributed time, money, encouragement, and/or skill development to further the cause of entrepreneurship among youth. Nominees may come from any college, high school or middle school, organization promoting youth development in the state of Maryland . Youth Entrepreneur of the Year Award recognizes a person 13 to 25 who has used entrepreneurship as a means of personal development, academic achievement, and community advancement. Nominees may come from any college, high school or middle school, organization promoting youth development in the state of Maryland and Washington , DC .
