The Community College of Baltimore County invites applicants for the following full-time Director of Auxiliary Services position. Responsibilities: The Director of Auxiliary Services is responsible for administration and direct management of auxiliary operations, including policy development, customer service, quality assurance, budget development, financial management, human resource management, technology administration, marketing and exemplary practice identification for a diverse multi-campus auxiliary service operation. These services include, but are not limited to the Bookstores, Contracted Food Service (including retail dining/catering/cyber café/vending) and financial oversight (liaison) for the Children's Learning Centers. Qualifications: • Master's degree in related area • A minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible professional experience; including three (3) years experience at a supervisory level • Knowledge of service-oriented retail organization, and experience with computerized financial systems and E-Commerce technologies • Computer skills to include Word and spreadsheet software (Excel), and Internet technologies • Ability to perform multifaceted projects in conjunction with daily activities Preferred Experience: Higher education administration and customer service experience Salary: A12 – V- $63,191 - $97, 945 Full position description, qualifications and instructions on how to apply can be found at www.ccbcmdjobs.com.
