Our innovative educational strategies make CCBC the college of choice for nearly 70,000 students and a myriad of community, government and business partners each year – each with their own unique goals, strengths and requirements. The Community College of Baltimore County invites applicants for the following full-time Nursing Program Administrator position. Responsibilities: The Nursing Program Administrator (NPA) is responsible for a multi-campus registered nursing program and a practical nursing program, which enroll approximately 500 students. The registered nursing and practical nursing programs are two of seventeen programs in The School of Health Professions at The Community College of Baltimore County. The registered nursing program is NLNAC accredited, as well as Maryland Board of Nursing approved. The NPA has oversight for the curriculum to keep it abreast of future trends and changes in health care. There are four program directors and thirty full-time faculty who are dedicated to advancing the excellent reputation of these nursing programs. If you are a visionary leader who likes creative approaches to nursing, technological applications, and expanding partnerships within the surrounding healthcare community, then this is the position for you! Qualifications: • Master’s degree in nursing; doctorate preferred. • Current licensure or eligible for licensure as a registered nurse in Maryland • Teaching background in nursing education within the last five years, preferably in a community college setting. • Experience in administration, preferably in nursing education. Preferred Experience: • Grant experience, including grant writing, implementation, and management • Budget building and administration experience • Accreditation process Salary Commensurate with experience.
