That means we all at freedom to eat and drink at liberty but realistically now more than ever we are constantly being reminded with the status of our health from the decisions we made with being with friends, or hanging with the cool people. At the end of the day, an ounce of prevention meaning eating the correct foods, is far greater than sacrifice meaning having to slave at the gym to take off what we have eaten. Just a thought to ponder on. Ask yourself have you had enough?? I really struggled with fast food temptations but realized after gaining 50 pounds that I had to do something drastic. I sought spiritual guidance and slowly began to exercise. I wanted to connect with a nutritional professional who can relate. I even paid to talk to a Registered Dietitian and we been friends ever since. I encourage all to connect spiritually, then with self, then with a Dietitian. It really worked for me.
