Summer School Blues

Posted By: Shayla B on May 24, 2005 Yesterday, summer school began here @ VSU. I had a class from 10:10-12:10pm M-Th. At around 12 noon, why did the dean from the English/Mass Communications department come to class to announce that my class was cancelled?!? They ALWAYS do this! First, they don't give people enough time to register for classes and get validated. And then they don't have the decency to wait until the end of the day to see if more people registered for a class. If a class doesn't have a certain number of people, they immediately cancel the class...instead of letting it continue. This goes to show you that VSU does not care about us students nor our needs! What if you need a certain class to graduate in the summer or fall? What if you need a certain class that's offered in the summer that's not offered until next Spring? UGH! I HATE THIS PLACE!
