The missing link
|
Posted By: D. T. Williams on May 24, 2005 We live in a world where so many people are searching for "something" to fill that void that they have in their life. For some, they're searching for "that special someone", that "dream job", that "defining moment", that "???". Whatever your void is, I wish you the best in finding it, but in case I forgot to mention, the missing link from so many people's lives is a sincere relationship with God. If you disagree, just pick up the newspaper or watch the local or national news. In case that still doesn't do it for you, visit the nearest public school. I know that will do it! I totally agree. In this fast paced society we all are looking for a quick fix, fast. We get hungry we want a quick meal, we want answers we want high speed internet service or a psychic, we want s*x, we keep it casual and have a one night stand. Never realizing that the only person who can fill our voids is the Lord. We miss that b/c our time is spent look for a substitution.
