|
Posted By: agnes levine on September 06, 2008 FOR IMMEDIATE PRESS RELEASE, Reverend Anthony Brown, of Morning Star Baptist Church, and gospel artist of the new cd release, "Hymns For Him," sponsored "Dream...A Sensational Summer Night" on August 22, 2008. The sensational event was a fund raiser for Rev. Brown's foundation, "Dream 4 It, Inc." This foundation succeeded in awarding four Baltimore area youths with scholarships for college. It was a fantastic night at the Grey Rock Mansion in Pikesville, Maryland, for everyone in attendance for the worthy cause! Special guests included Stella Gospel Award Nominee, Doreen Vail; Saxophonist Isaac Parham, and Spoken Word Artist, Keith McBrown. The highlight of the evening was the awards of the scholarships by Dream 4 It, Inc. to: Andrea Chase (University of Maryland College Park); Symone Harcum (Norfolk State University); Tony Mack (Mercyhurst North-East College [Pennsylvania]); and Kimberly Jackson (Wilberforce University [Ohio]). The grand event was electrifying and culminated with a stunning performance of Rev. Brown's awe-inspiring theme song, "Dream!" Praise God for the generous donations from the STV Group, Inc., Johnson Mirmiran & Thompson, Brothers Five Automotive, and Reverend Anthony & Sheri Brown. Together, DREAM 4 It, Inc. was sensational!
