Posted By: Kimberley Haley on June 17, 2005 Wow, it's been a while since I last wrote but I am proud to say that I walked the stage as a college graduate!! It was cool, but it won't hit me until I leave sunny California for Hampton, VA. I'll still be taking classes while I'm here because I have to in order to stay active in NPC (which I am now the president of), but I don't mind. I love being busy and I love the things I do. I just can't wait to do it in VA. I already started looking for places that I want to live.. A few look nice but I think I need to come out there for a minute to see in person.. Just an excuse to go on another trip! :) I'm excited for the new things I'm going to experience, the new frat and sorors I am going to meet and the interaction with everyone. Coming from such a diverse area as the Bay, I know I'm in for a bit of a shock going to an all Black school. My best friend just graduated from Langston and she told me that it's going to be a little different but I will adjust.. Oh well, I guess I should go back to work... only 3 and a half more hours!
