FROM MEDICATION TO MEDITATION

Posted By: MIISRAEL Bride on October 06, 2008 If you are like many you take regular visits to your doctor, or even annual visits for check-ups and a through health examination. Many of you have visted your doctor and he or she has precribed you to take one or maybe two medicines. I'm sure you trust your doctor to do their best as to in keeping you in good health and you want to stay in good health as well. I recommend health check-ups! I'm no miracle worker, just an ordinary person who loves to meditate on The Lord Jesus. I advice meditation should be taken more often. If you haven't the techiques of meditation on the Lord, I can offer a few pointers. You have to do it everyday, and at least for 5 minutes up to how long you can go. So many of us, take medications to just do it alone; but I urge meditation as well. You may already meditate, I'm not saying you don't. If you do then it's probable you are not on medications. I believe in the grain of faith that meditation can bring you too. It is God's Word. It is good to meditate on the Lord. It is a meditation of my heart. Here are few tips: a. Set a special place and you can meditate each day b. Select a verse of meditation, a prayer, or a scripture of Word c. Center Christ around the means of your meditation a mind totally focused on the meditation of God's Son d. Do it often, without missing a beat, make it part of your routine e. Let the Word come from your mouth, heart, soul, and spirit You can use these medication techniques to get you started. I've heard many testmonies of how meditation can take you from taking medications. You have to believe it and have faith because it will work. Jesus Christ, have you meditated on him today?
