Alise P. Florida A&M University class of 2007 Imma I don't knwo some people say Im red some people say Im brown skinned. I'm like I'm just me it don't matter. It's all a mentality some people feel that way some people don't. I think you gon have a lot of dark skinned females tell you that too. Problem is ya'll and imma say yall too worried about this whole long hair wordly image on what a female especially a black female should look like which if you fall sor the shyt they expect you to be you are a damn fool because you should know yourself better than that. And I want you to know I'm not speaking directly to you I'm speaking in general. Stop worrying about who's hatin on you and get cha life and your spirit together. The more attention you give to the situation the more they are goin to be overjoyed that they got you in the state of mind that they want you to be in. What you should be saying is that all your sista are beautiful I don't care of they black and doggond blue. AND WHO TOLD YOU THAT RED IS MORE ATTRACTIVE. You gotta let me knwo the answer that one for me. But i have heard " THE DARKER THE BERRY THE SWEETER THE JUICE". anyway i see women tha same. Sum are finer than others. They could be redbone or chocolate it dosen't matter. Me personally I think that if you can think that you are better than someone else because of your skin tone then I think that people in general have racial issues, because comparing yourself to someone of a darker or lighter skin tone in my book is racial... Leslie Howze Cheyney University of Pennsylvania class of 2009 I think that all shades of black is beautiful. Personally, I believe the hating doesn't stop there. There is too much hating goin on by females in general. Females always have something to say about someone or something. JUST STOP. I mean if they ain't talking about the color it's the size. I'm light brown, but I'm a bigger female. All I can tell u is don't let nobody knock ya hustle and continue to do what you do best which is be redbone and u won't have to worry about nothing.!!
