Jimmie Lee Gibson Jr. Norfolk State University class of 2006 Well.....I know it's gonna sound cliche, but dudes do it for the same reason girls do. It's not always the guy out there doing wrong and messing over the good girls.....females do it guys as well and give them the "why bother" attitude. Not to say that it's right in either case because we could sit around going back and forth over who did what to whom first for years and not get anywhere. We know that we have a good girl, but we also can become addicted to the thrill of cheating. They don't want the friend in the library. They want the person everbody wants, who usually wants everybody too. There are to many diseases to put myself at risk so I stick to what I know. Most people, male or female, do not go to college to fall in love, they go to get degrees. Most dudes are not trying to fall in love with anyone or get "tied down" at an early age. Never give anyone the power to have such an effect on you. You should not let your feelings for someone get so strong that you are no longer in control of them...If so, you should back off for a while and find soneone else later... LaShonda Redd Tuskegee University class of 2009 i feel you on this too because at this moment i watch my cousin do this same thing to my former friend. I mean this girl use to be like my sister and my cousin just truely turned her out. I mean she use to do good in school and all that stuff and now she graduated with a 2. something and she aint even thinking about college at all. My cousin wont even let her chill with her friends. Anyways i think guys do it because we present them with the oppurtunity. IM not blaming us but really if we give men everything they want they get lazy and take advantage of it. The same with guys in the same situation. Guys want to keep their bad girls and give them everything they want and then the girls get use to it and they take advantage of it. U cant give a person so much for so long and then just cut them off. Its like crack u can't give a crack head a whole bunch of crack and then expect them to be able to quit in one day. U have to ween them off it or give them a little at a time. lol In other words try not to spoil your lover, friend, boyfriend, or girlfriend, whatever you want to call them because they'll take advantage of it.
