What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Administer and continuously monitor conscious sedation and assist radiologist as needed
• Placing IVs and prepping patients for procedure
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-treatment care.
• Floating between the Easton Memorial Hospital, Diagnostic Imaging Center in Easton, and the Cambridge Imaging Center required

Qualifications

Required

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland, or eligible to practice due to Compact state agreements outlined through the MD Board of Nursing, is required. Current BLS certification required. Must meet all unit specific certification requirements (ACLS, PALS, CRN).
• Two (2) years of experienceas a Registered Nurse.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay Range: $40.50-$56.99
