We employ more than 15,000 people globally to support our great brands: Levi&#39;s®, Dockers®, Denizen® and Signature by Levi Strauss &amp; Co.™</p><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>About the Job:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Partner with IT and Business to deliver products in line with LS&amp;Co. cloud strategy and Digital Transformation</span></li><li><span>Lead technical operations (DevOps, Infrastructure, CI/CD) teams and building and delivering mission-critical hyper-scale systems</span></li><li><span>Assess the current state Cloud Engineering architecture and develop a roadmap that supports continued innovation and drives a consolidated and simplified roadmap for cloud technology/integration platforms.</span></li><li><span>Deliver Integration innovations in support of ERP Transformation and omni channel engagement ; progressing ideas from concepts to full scale implementation with focus on flexibility, reuse, and overarching extensibility.</span></li><li><span>Work in collaboration with the enterprise IT leadership team to input integration vision, standards across the application, solution and business process teams for projects and programs architecture/delivery on an ongoing basis.</span></li><li><span>Promoter of change within and across organizational boundaries and promote re usability of services and API .</span></li><li><span>Create the overall architecture vision for integration &amp; Cloud technologies considering specific components are appropriately designed and leveraged; contributes to the holistic vision of Enterprise Architecture.</span></li><li><span>Integration/ Cloud Engineering expert and advisor who creates best practices and ensures alignment with the future state reference architecture.</span></li><li><span>Promote and adoptions industry best practices for frameworks, tools, standards and guidelines.</span></li><li><span>Track &amp; mentor delivery teams in all aspects of application design including : Lead review meetings, be responsible for the Cloud Engineering/API/Integration layer and recommend alternatives as required. Be the facilitator that gets parties to agree around a common strategy.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure effective delivery of systems.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Stakeholder Management:</span></b></p><p><span><span>·<span>         </span></span></span><span>Ensures area of responsibility is fully aligned with and fully supporting the achievement of the goals and strategies of LS&amp;Co. business and technology</span></p><p><span><span>·<span>         </span></span></span><span>Leads the alignment of the IT components with Global IT architecture and system roadmaps</span></p><p><span><span>·<span>         </span></span></span><span>Contributes to the leadership of the IT Function or Region</span></p><p></p><p><b>About You:</b></p><ul><li><span>Able to help stakeholders set priorities and goals</span></li><li><span>At least 15 years of experience in the IT industry and Proven experience running or being part of a large transformation project .</span></li><li><span>10&#43; years of quality experience architecting full-scale, enterprise API/ESB integrations</span></li><li><span>5&#43; years of architecting integrations with SaaS/PaaS/cloud connectors with best in breed providers like SAP ,Infor, Salesforce, Workday, Informatica , Amazon Web Services, Azure and other similar CSPs.</span></li><li><span>5&#43; years of building Cloud platform and applications at scale in at least 2 of the major<span>  </span>CSPs (AWS, Azure, GCP)</span></li><li><span>Expert and advisor in regards to service design, analysis /process design, technical implementation when applied to REST/GraphQL, API, ESB,ETL or Streaming technologies.</span></li><li><span>Experience in transforming very complicated legacy point to point integration to reusable process, system API’s.</span></li><li><span>Expertise in Cloud Application development using one or more of toolsets like Vue.js, React, node.js, GraphQL, SpringBoot </span></li><li><span>Experience with runtime containers like Docker, Kubernetes, NGINX</span></li><li><span>Experience in hyper-scale environment (public, hybrid, private clouds</span></li><li><span>Experience with deploying products, services, and capabilities within a multi-cloud framework.</span></li><li><span>Experience with Platform development, tooling, Microservices and CI/CD</span><span><span><span> </span></span></span><span>Implementation experience of two or more integration technologies SAP PO, Mule soft , IBM MQ, kafka</span><span><span><span> </span></span></span></li><li><span>Can share stories on successful transformations at scale (i.e microservices, containerization, virtualization)</span></li><li><span>Managerial experience in large size organizations, especially around managing people in multi-cultural environments.</span></li></ul><p></p><p>We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
