In this role, you will be</span></span><span><span> responsible for identifying the impacts and requirements for global master data, its respective business areas, owners and systems. You'll have</span><span> ownership of the project deliverables for your business areas and ultimately ensure that the solution will fulfill the needs of your process scope and<span> </span></span><span>LS&Co</span><span><span> </span>business. You will</span><span><span> </span></span></span><span><span>work in close partnership with the ERP functional leads<span> </span></span></span><span><span>(OTC, DTC, FICO, P2P, WO, IMP & SCS)</span></span><span><span>, functional product owners and</span></span><span><span><span> </span>project leadership.</span></span><span><span> You will report to the Director for Global Order-to-Cash.</span></span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Responsibilities </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Strategic future<span> </span></span><span>proofing;</span><span><span> </span>define the future “best practice” attribution of Material, Vendor and Customer master data based on industry standard and best practices commonly applied to an omnichannel apparel retailer.<span> </span></span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Tactical future<span> </span></span><span>proofing;</span><span> implement the Collibra data catalogue to help accelerate time to insight and make informed business decisions. Attain flawless AFS to S4/WMS/B2B/POS/middleware, field mapping by linking the field to the data of its owning object but also link the field to the data of any related objects to prevent any downstream and cross functional impacts in current and future releases.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Operational future<span> </span></span><span>proofing;</span><span><span> </span>ensure clean and efficient data by keeping our records current and closing old unused records while updating values based on current and future business decisions </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred</p></li><li><p>+10 years program management experience and +15 years operational experience in one or more functional areas (OTC, DTC, FICO, P2P, WO, IMP & SCS) </p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to lead process development and implementation </p></li><li><p>Manage direct reports and large groups of indirect reports - project teams</p></li><li><p>Customer, Material, Vendor support experience preferred </p></li><li><p>Strong ERP knowledge and experience </p></li><li><p>Can manage stakeholders' expectations</p></li><li><p>Summarizing data to draw and propose solutions to leadership </p></li></ul><p></p><p>We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
