Put simply, if you’re looking for a new opportunity, this is a great place to grow your career.</p><p></p><p>We are looking for an experienced QA Manager who loves retail and has a passion for delivering high quality software that matches the expectation of our business partners.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Set Quality standards for the teams in various new testing technologies in the industry. This may include finding new strategies for automation testing and day to day work</li><li>Defining quality standards and metrics for the current projects.</li><li>Make the QA team aware of the Quality matrix and resolve all the queries.</li><li>Defining processes for test plan and several phases of testing cycle.</li><li>Resolving conflicts among team members.</li><li>Sending crisp and clear status to the higher management.</li><li>Seeking feedback from management when and wherever necessary.</li><li>Ensure that the several testing and validation processes are improved continuously.</li><li>Have team meetings at appropriate time to understand &amp; review the current risks and motivate team to resolve the same</li><li>Publish the improvements to all the stakeholders and depict the improvements using data points.</li><li>Work closely with project teams to ensure adequate QA resourcing.</li><li>Work closely with our consulting partners to create a QA resource pipeline.</li><li>Manage QA budget.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills &amp; Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in technology field</li><li>10&#43; years technology experience</li><li>7&#43; years of professional experience in testing retail applications like POS (Xstore) , AOS etc</li><li>5&#43; years of testing experience</li><li>Experience testing web applications, iOS and Android applications.</li><li>Exposure and understanding of modern integration tools and standards</li><li>Strong professional experience with SoapUI and/or Postman</li><li>Understanding of modern web architecture using MVC approaches</li><li>Knowledge of Continuous Integration principles and best-practices</li><li>Hands-on experience using at least 1 testing framework</li><li>Working knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web services</li><li>Comfort working in an agile and waterfall environments.</li><li>Exposure to bug tracking and task management software such as JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.</li><li>Exposure to Github</li><li>Comfort working with remote teams</li></ul><p></p><p></p><h2><b><span>EOE M/F/Disability/Vets</span></b></h2><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2><b>LOCATION</b></h2>San Francisco, CA, USA<h2></h2><h2><b>FULL TIME/PART TIME</b></h2>Full time<h2><b><u><a href="http://wd5.myworkday.com/levistraussandco/d/task/1422$6600.htmld" target="_blank"><span class="emphasis">Current LS&amp;Co Employees, apply via your Workday account.</span></a></u></b></h2><p></p>
