Express Care (PRN) - Advanced Practice Provider
Overview Carle Health is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider to join our Urgent Care Team in the Greater Peoria Region in Illinois. Opportunity Details Limited lab and X-ray on site One 12-hour shift per with requirement to work every 3rd weekend Flexible hours depending upon needs: including days, evenings, and weekends Clinic hours range from 8am-8pm; Express locations are open 365 days per year Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination Average patients/day: varies but around 40-45 on average Willingness to work weekends, weekdays, and evenings; schedule will include holidays shared amongst the group No call requirements Be part of a strong, stable, financially-sound and innovative healthcare system Excellent benefits package: health/dental/life insurance, 403-B plan with employer match, LTD, relocation allowance, CME allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with tail insurance coverage Education Requirements: Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Licensure/Certification Requirements: Current Illinois registered nurse and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure About Our Community Located on the Illinois River, Peoria is a vibrant, affordable, and convenient city with multiple dining and entertainment venues as well as nearby residential communities with highly ranked public school districts.
