Job Description
Administrative Assistant (JN -122024-384158)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence professionally and efficiently.
  • Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized and equipped.
  • Handle filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records in both digital and paper formats.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment, ensuring functionality and arranging for repairs when necessary.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and expense tracking as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and provide support to various departments as required.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work

Details:

  • Pay: $21-$26/hr
  • Type: Direct Hire
  • Location: 100% onsite
  • Schedule: 8 AM-5 PM Monday-Friday
