We are adding an Content Specialist to our team. This role is an IN OFFICE role, in Irvine, CA.
This role will support a Technology based Data organization. This is a new role, due to tremendous growth.
Must have understanding of B2B Marketing and SAAS knowledge.

* Create and assist in creating lead generating content using writing skills, AI experience a plus
* Review content to make sure it both meets SEO requirements and is data-accurate
* Create content roadmaps that are coherent with key, new and upcoming assessor features
* Keep an up-to-date content log and content calendar
* Explore existing assets (including webpage content, white papers, DLC, etc.) and work with in-house data team to generate new content ideas
* Stay on top of industry trends target audiences, and competitors to keep our copy inline and relevant to today's client needs
* Other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Director
Qualifications
* Strong writing and communication skills
* The ability to translate complex data heavy topics into dense, but comprehensible content
* Attention to details
* The ability to produce content under deadlines
* Intermediate understanding of compensation and HR industry
* SEO knowledge a plus
* CMS (especially HubSpot or WordPress) experience a plus
