Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Location: Portland, OR

Compensation: $21-$23/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist clients with software troubleshooting, including navigation and issue resolution.
  • Guide users on product features and best practices to maximize their experience.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams while ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve processes and product quality.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in software or healthcare industries.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with medical or healthcare software is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and ticketing systems preferred.
