Account Management Rep (JN -012025-385548)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Management Representative with a strong background in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will excel in sales strategy, supply chain processes, and inventory management. This role requires expertise in project and product planning, forecasting, and delivering client-focused solutions that address customer needs. Proficiency in ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow customer accounts within the manufacturing sector, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align manufacturing supply chain processes with customer demands.
  • Oversee inventory management and forecasting to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels.
  • Facilitate project and product planning, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Utilize ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP for account tracking, inventory management, and reporting.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and expand account portfolios.
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy, supply chain processes, inventory management, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar.
  • Excellent project and product planning skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver client-focused solutions that drive customer satisfaction.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience in managing complex accounts or high-value hig-volume clients.
