Corporate Paralegal (JN -122024-385068)

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join a growing financial services company in the South Metro. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model.

The Corporate Paralegal's responsibilities include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts and legal documents in collaboration with attorneys and team leaders.
  • Supporting corporate legal projects such as transactions, compliance, and M&A initiatives.
  • Assisting with responses to subpoenas, complaints, and other legal actions.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing contract databases and maintaining libraries of legal documents, including agreements and statements of work.
  • Undertaking special projects to improve legal team efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of paralegal experience in corporate law.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in contract management, compliance, and corporate governance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.
