Our dedicated client is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage a team in Milford, NH. In this role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Milford, NH

Position Type: Permanent

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Pay: $28+ per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of production workers.
• Read and interpret blueprints for production.
• Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel for reports and tracking.
• Ensure product quality and safety standards are met.
• Previous experience with the Department of Defense (DOD) is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• DOD experience is a plus.
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
