Regular or Temporary: RegularLanguage Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)Please review the following job description:The Director of Regulatory Reporting will oversee the production and filing of complex regulatory reports with various bank regulatory bodies including the Federal Reserve and FDIC. This individual will work closely with the broader finance organization and IT partners in developing strategic and tactical reporting solutions to ensure that reports are prepared in accordance with the reporting requirements.Oversee the accurate and timely preparation, review, production and distribution of external corporate and bank regulatory financial reports, including reports distributed to or filed with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the Federal Reserve Board (FRB). Maintain a strong control environment and provide timely and information to various testing groups. Maintain a thorough understanding of the various regulatory reporting requirements and ensure processes and interpretations are in compliance. Maintain and review policies and procedures for compliance with regulations and corporate policies and standards Communicate with internal and external auditors and examiners related to regulatory reporting matters Provide strategic advice to the Director of Financial Reporting, Deputy Corporate Controller and other senior leaders on regulatory reporting matters. Lead the development of implementation strategies for complex and ever-changing regulatory reporting requirements.
