What Youll Do:

• Perform a wide range of building maintenance and repair tasks
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, engine-powered systems, and low-voltage electrical components
• Interpret blueprints and conceptual drawings for construction and repair projects
• Maintain accurate records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Manage tools, equipment, and materials with care

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or building repair
• Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and general repair practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience using CMMS preferred
