Respiratory Care Clinical - Adjunct Faculty <div id="details-info" class="tab-pane active fr-view" style="margin:2px"> <dl> <dt><h2>Class Description</h2></dt> <dd><p>CCBC is the college of choice for over <em>50,000 students</em> <em>and 200 businesses</em> each year — all with unique goals, strengths and requirements. We offer the region’s most expansive selection of degree, certificate and workplace certification programs at 3 campuses plus 3 convenient CCBC centers along with off-site community locations.<br><br>Respiratory Care Clinical Adjunct Faculty to teach day classes at the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC). Respiratory Care Therapist Clinical Adjunct Faculty will be expected to provide clinical education as organized by the CCBC Respiratory Care Therapist Program and cooperate with College support staff by timely submission of materials as required by the Director of Clinical Education. Adjunct faculty is required to attend department meetings, participate in professional development and utilize available college resources to best support teaching and learning.<br><br>Campus locations: Catonsville, MD, Dundalk, MD or Essex, MD<br><br><strong style="color: inherit;font-style: normal;text-indent: 0.0px;text-align: left;">Adjunct Level 1 - $1,085 per credit hour.</strong><span style="color: inherit;font-style: normal;text-indent: 0.0px;"> </span><br style="color: inherit;font-style: normal;text-indent: 0.0px;"><br style="color: inherit;font-style: normal;text-indent: 0.0px;"><span style="color: inherit;font-style: normal;text-indent: 0.0px;"><strong>Adjunct faculty may teach up to 22 credit hours each year and usually teach no more than 11 credits each semester.</strong></span><strong> </strong></p></dd> <dt><h2>Minimum Requirements</h2></dt> <dd><p> Bachelor's Degree and A.A.S. degree in Respiratory Therapy required<br>Current RRT credential and Maryland license.<br>A minimum of three years of experience Respiratory Therapist is required and previous clinical teaching experience is preferred.<br>Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing<br> Proficient computer skills<br>Demonstrate commitment to professional growth</p></dd> </dl> </div> #CCBC Contact Information
