Residential Counselor, Evenings Full- Time HOURS: Weekend Coverage Under general supervision, responsible for the overall, daily operations of the residence. Based on a strengths model and using identified counseling and communication skills, engages members to develop and maintain a supportive, therapeutic, safe, home-like atmosphere which is sensitive to individual cultural and functional differences. Counselors are assigned to Community Rehabilitation, Residential or Mentally Ill/ Homeless Programs. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
