We are growing our in-house design practice and looking for senior design leaders who want to help shape it from the inside. Designers work side-by-side with Product, Engineering, and Research to turn complex workflows into simple, coherent, human experiences. About the Role The UI/UX Product Design Lead is a playercoach role responsible for leading and developing a team of Product Designers whileremaininghands-on in shaping key product experiences. You will set the bar for design quality, coherence, and craft across multiple product teams, while directly contributing to complex or high-impact design work yourself. In this role,youlllead a team of designers through discovery, concept development, validation, and execution,helping them grow their judgment, confidence, and product thinking.Youllpartner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to shape end-to-end experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and grounded in real user needs. This role is ideal for a senior design leader who enjoys building and coaching a team, setting clear standards, and staying deeply connected to the work. Pay Range:$171,000 - $198,000 Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:30 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role.
