Job Description

To support in the development, implementation, and management of the Franchise E strategies governance and execution.

Job responsibilities:

  • The commercial strategy director reports directly to the Vice president of Franchise E and is a member of the franchise leadership team.
  • Develops Business plans that incorporate long and short-range strategic planning, works closely with the Finance Director and the rest of the leadership on these plans. Structures strategic planning sessions.
  • Coordinates content for leadership team governance and develops Staff agenda.
  • Coordinates internal communications and culture efforts with functional leadership and PA team including Franchise E Townhalls and dynamic communication efforts.
  • Plays an essential role in the management of critical projects as defined by the business.
  • Supports VP in important interactions and alignment cross functionally to enhance efficiencies and agility in decision-making. This includes:
    • Collaborating on key co-commercialization projects and capability builds
    • Assist in VP preparation for multiple Leadership Alignment meetings, JCCs, JSCs, etc.
  • Plays leading role in emerging Franchise E portfolio management field communication conduit and cadence, prioritization of BU1 assets and indications as examples.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree required. Preferred MBA or Masters Degree
  • Minimum of five years sales leadership, marketing or other relevant in-house experience.
  • Proven strategic capabilities, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a matrix organization.
  • Advanced project management and communication skills.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Able to manage multiple, simultaneous projects with moderate-high complexity, often under a tight deadline.
  • Works well with cross-functional stakeholders and can own projects from idea phase to implementation, adapting and iterating as needed.
  • Outcomes-focused with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated relationship management, interpersonal skills, ability to motivate, lead, influence, and engage without direct authority.
  • Possesses integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, and self-awareness.
