You will act as the primary point of contact for global business partners across the end-to-end product lifecycle, lead the MPS/business-planning process, and manage inventory for the assigned product portfolio. Key duties include analyzing short- and mid-term requirements and deploying the MPS into production, crafting master and detailed schedules, performing capacity analyses, reviewing planning system parameters, and monitoring inventory levels. Solid understanding of Quality Systems is required to support the product portfolio.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Own and complete the monthly MPS review on time; assess exceptions and proactively communicate impacts to partners.</li><li>Perform rough-cut and detailed capacity planning (including SRM activities) to align production systems and schedules with the MPS and customer requirements.</li><li>Coordinate end-to-end with planning partners, schedulers, buyers, internal and external teams to ensure requirement signals, system parameters, manufacturing sequences, and lead times are synchronized.</li><li>Maintain and update master data for finished goods and work-in-process; perform inventory projections and monitor inventory at risk of obsolescence to support timely reserves and reporting.</li><li>Participate in the monthly global planning process and Supply Review Meetings; raise net requirements, sales changes, or new items that may affect plant execution.</li><li>Prepare required Quality documentation and perform change control assessments; align execution strategies with project teams and ensure planning activities align with quality and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Adhere to all company policies across compliance areas (Safety, Environmental, Quality, Records Management, HR, Security) and promote compliance among colleagues.</li><li>Maintain a customer-focused approach and support innovation and diversity initiatives.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p><b>Education: </b></p><ul><li>A minimum of a Bachelor&#39;s degree is required; Focus degree in Industrial Engineering, Materials Management, Business Administration, Manufacturing Processes, Pharmaceutical Operations, Engineering, or a related field is desired</li><li>MBA or other advanced degree is preferred</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Experience and Skills: </b></p><p><b>Required</b></p><ul><li>At least four (4) years of experience in materials management at a manufacturing site</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in supply chain and production planning processes, materials management, and supporting technologies (e.g., SAP)</li><li>Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish</li><li>Demonstrate strong decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills; work accurately under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and foster teamwork.</li></ul><p><b>Preferred</b></p><ul><li>Strong working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and regulatory compliance</li><li>Experience in a parenteral environment</li><li>Proficiency in SAP and OMP systems</li></ul><p><b>Other</b></p><ul><li>This position requires up to 10% of travel time</li></ul><p></p><p>Johnson &amp; Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
