Interested in joining us on our journey? A Senior Materials Representative – Cycle Counting is an integral part of the Materials Operations team and overall inventory process. The Senior Material Representative will support assigned buildings inventory and cycle count as well as consolidating parts, maintaining processes and reporting results. This position is located in Louisville, KY.<h2></h2><h2>Position</h2>Senior Materials Representative<h2></h2><h2>Location</h2>USA, Louisville, KY<h2>How You'll Create Possibilities</h2><div>Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Inventory</div><div><ul><li>Prepare and organize area for inventory cycle counts, ensure consolidate parts, ensure FIFO inventory rotation, check receipts and scrap</li><li>Cycle count parts as assigned to include off site warehouses and inventory on yard</li><li>Assist in identification and reconciliation of all inventory and cycle count variances using problem solving skills</li><li>Conduct yard checks, as needed to ensure record accuracy of trailers on premises as reflected in Trackx</li><li>Assist in developing, auditing and managing SOP's for successful and accurate inventory transactions and movements</li><li>Participates and is key contributor in annual physical inventory</li><li>Participate on AWO's and embrace lean manufacturing concepts in efforts to continuously improve materials work streams </li></ul><div>Tracking & Stakeholder Alignment<div><ul><li>Interact with materials departments to improve cycle count program</li><li>Report counts and maintain accurate records</li><li>Communicate effectively to key stakeholder’s issues that arise resulting in disruptions due to inventory availability</li><li>Support other cycle counting initiatives as they occur </li></ul></div></div></div><h2>What You'll Bring to Our Team</h2>Minimum Qualifications: <ul><li>Associate’s degree or equivalent, or actively pursuing in business or related field</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively, take initiative, be organized, & problem solve</li><li>Duties and hours may change based on the need of the business</li><li>Experience using Oracle, Trackx, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business or related field</li><li>Working experience in inventory control type function</li><li>Knowledge of parts identification, part processes and procedures</li><li>Ability to become ERP Superuser</li><li>Attention to detail with analytical and organizational skills</li></ul><h2>Our Culture</h2>Our work is centered on our People and Culture as reflected in our Zero Distance philosophy and we recognize the importance of reaffirming our commitment to inclusion and diversity (I&D).
