Responsibilities: As a Pre-Pack Level 1 team member, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our production lines running smoothly. We value your ability to adapt and tackle exciting challenges as they arise. Qualifications: We’re looking for individuals who have completed support to change over training and SDPPL training. Your understanding of counting machines, material handling, manual tables, and process escalation will be key. Completed training verified by the LVA training department is essential. Job Requirements: We prefer candidates with a High School Diploma/GED and 6 months to 2 years of experience in a fast-paced production environment. Are you ready to stand, walk, lift, and move with us? You must be 18 years of age and willing to work 12-hour shifts (6:00pm-6:00am) on a 2-2-3 schedule, enjoying 15 days a month of building fun each month in our climate-controlled setting.
