Avery Dennison’s Intern and Co-Op Program has a single business focus to cultivate future talent for our rapidly growing organization. With a concentrated blend of experiential on-the-job learning, a dynamic environment, access to business leaders, and a supportive team of co-workers, peers, and supervisors, the Internship and Co-Op Program will provide you the opportunity to sharpen your skills and collaborate on a number of strategic projects.

You will use various automated RFID test systems and RFID printer and reader systems. Work activities require an understanding of engineering disciplines and scientific processes sufficient to support testing, data collection, data organization, and reporting.

This position is available for candidates seeking a Summer 2026 Internship, a Fall 2026 Co-Op, or both, an Internship that transitions into a Co-Op.

Our internship and co-op program serves as a talent pipeline for our Early Careers Program throughout the organization.

What you will be doing

Working directly with engineers and influencing process development and customer use case decisions

Obtaining deep knowledge of RFID technology which can be a critical link for enabling the Internet of Things, Blockchain and Omni-Channel fulfillment

Working as part of a technical team environment, with professionals trained on testing methods, critical thinking, data analysis and reporting in spreadsheets, documentation, and generating technical and customer-facing reports

A core component of the curriculum is the peer mentoring program. Paired with an Early Careers Associate or program graduate within the organization, the program focuses on the transition from college to corporate, leveraging strengths and defining your early career path.
