Factory HR Business Partners Manager Job Description: The Opportunity Join Hitachi Energy as a pivotal member of the South Boston leadership team and help shape the future of our North America Transformer Business. This is a dynamic, high‑impact role where you will champion people, culture, organizational development, and strategic HR excellence. You’ll collaborate with global partners, standardize key HR processes, and lead initiatives that elevate performance, engagement, and operational success. With a strong focus on building capabilities and driving meaningful change, you’ll influence culture, accelerate growth, and contribute to a thriving workplace where people feel valued and empowered. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. How You’ll Make an Impact Lead HR strategy deployment and organizational development initiatives. Partner with operations leaders to strengthen culture, supervisory effectiveness and workforce planning. Build proactive communication, engagement, and employee experience programs. Design and support change management strategies across the site. Drive talent development, performance systems and local compensation processes. Analyze workforce data to shape retention strategies and reduce attrition. Guide employee relations, investigations, coaching and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations or related field; advanced degree is a plus. 8+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, ideally in manufacturing or distribution. Experience advising leaders and influencing organizational strategy. Proven success in culture development, change management and process improvement. Strong relationship‑building, project management and communication skills. Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity. Contact Information
