My "Holistic" approach to life allows me to be more balanced in all areas of my life. Balanced not perfect. My attitude towards others is that if I have been allowed to pass through their lives that encounter should have made their lives the better.

The very industry that I am presently in has given me the missing pieces of the pie in that true "Health" is a "Healthy Life Style". i do not promote fads but new habits that will produce life long
effects. Change only occurs when the individual chooses to change and to what is necessary to change.

Moral and spiritual greatness is only possible to those who are above the Competitive battle for existence and only those who are becoming RICH on the plane of Creative Thought are FREE from the degrading influences of competition.

The only competition any of us have is ourselves. I've stopped competing and have been Creating as I was designed to do.

I'm trying to help individuals achieve their health fitness goals by "Holistically" looking at their entire environment. Where they live, what they do, who they connect with or don't connect with. I help them to make healthier choices both naturally and spiritually so they can "Live Well In These Times".

Life & Professional Aspirations:

I want to reach as many as I can who want to be all that God intended them to be. I want to help as many as I can who want to move from Poverty to Wealth.
