I am a man of a new breed. Talk about defying the odds as a black, God-fearing man, I am redefining the odds. I WANT to be a great husband, I WANT to be a great father. Instead of people trying to figure out what can this black man give to society, people are trying to figure out what I cannot accomplish. I am an athlete, I am a scholar, I am a servant, I am a mentor, I am a dream appreciator, I am a problem solver, I am a critical thinker, I am an educated black man, I am change, I am what you need, I am Dorian Edwards and I approve this message.

Why do you want to become a friend of mine?
Current Whereabouts:
I am currently into graduating from Livingstone College in May 2014 with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. I am into getting set into a job that will be more than capable of providing for a family. I am currently into meeting that person that I can one day call my wife and a mother of my children. I am into finding that person who together, will help to raise a wonderful family.
Life & Professional Aspirations:
I want to live a life of service. That could be in several ways. Through being an Assistant Director of a Christian Camp geared towards At-Risk Youth, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, A High School Math Teacher, encouraging all students to pursue their academic and athletic goals and moving on to be a Principal, Superintendent, and Secretary of Education, A Certified Public Accountant, or Run for Mayor or City Council and start out in the arena of serving the citizens with a dream of running for President of the United States of America.

Claim To Fame:
My claim to fame is being the best person I can be through Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift. A life dedicated to SERVICE is what it is about for me.
Most Memorable Moment:
My most memorable college moments all deal around me pushing to be the best in every single category in which I was involved. Whether that was in the classroom by maintaining a 3.82 GPA, Deans List, several scholarships, most notably the Tom Joyner Foundation Hercules Scholarship I received in November 2012. Whether it be on the football field by being named to the CIAA All-Rookie Team, 4 Time CIAA Player of the Week, Academic All American, a participant in the All America Bowl Game at the Metrodome in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and leading the nation in tackles for Defensive Lineman with 92 in 10 games. Whether it be through leadership by having the opportunity to serve as the President of 6 Different Organizations. Whether it be through Community Service through volunteering at Head Start, Boys and Girls Club, and currently serving as a National Student Representative for a Bone Marrow Organization
