An only child of a Black Father and White Mother. From Crenshaw District, boarding Inglewood. A Inglewood High School Graduate, June 1985. Joined the Navy, October 1985. Contributed four years active 16yrs reserve. Older University Student, Graduated in 2004 with a BA in Business, Real Estate.

Undergrad Major: Real Estate

Claim To Fame:

A daughter of a catholic hospital janitor, supervisor (white mother) A daughter of a tall black man already married with four other children, only saw once in my life, mother said my father died of a heart-attack at age 55, I was 13yrs.

Most Memorable Moment:

When I could not get in to a Sorority because I did not have enough course credits, if was a freshman and you had to be a sophomore. A realization of campus groups/clubs for races and majors, like Accounting club, or Latin American club. Also, that I could create my own club too. I think is very important for student to join, this is were the socializing aspect come in. Dissapointment that I could not live on campus because they did not have apartment units built, ironically it was built after I graduated, 6yrs later. I stongly believe I would of had a higher GPA, by living on campus with access to all it has to offer 24/7.

I only spent two years there and the only class I thought was beneficial was a typing class. Before Inglewood there was Dorse High. I was on the Drill Team with the Band and went to every Football ga
