A broadcast and media professional with 20+ years of experience in television / cable programming and online content, he’s worked and produced content for the following: PBS television / Corporation for Public Broadcasting – Independent - Executive Producer, WMBM Radio – News Director, WINZ – CBS Radio -News Correspondent, WPLG – ABC/CNN television – News Reporter, NBC Radio -WVAG – News Anchor / Announcer.

As a consultant to small businesses / not-for-profits and educational institutions Mr. Addison has provided input, taught or lectured for a number of organizations such as; the Consortium for Policy Research in Education (CPRE) School-Based Management Project, the Murray State University – International Studies Program, the Kentucky State University Land Grant Program – School of Business, the Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine, the Department of the Army, the Office of the Virginia State Attorney General, the National Alliance for Restructuring Project, Jefferson County Public Schools, Kentucky Education Cabinet Office of Career and Technical Education, Bellarmine University, Frances S. Tucker Elementary – Miami-Dade, Florida and Washington, DC – Public Charter Schools.

The BMG leadership team has nearly three decades of traditional and new media related experience. Through its collaborations with national / international entities BMG establishes partnerships and networking opportunities with a variety of companies worldwide. In addition, BMG provides across the board marketing, advertising and promotional options to start-ups, entrepreneurs, and mid-size businesses seeking to reach new audiences.

Life & Professional Aspirations:

A long-time advocate of educational / business concerns, and new media, Mr. Addison also serves as the Executive Director of the Positive Images That Invoke Self Esteem (P.I.T.I.S.E.) Institute, Inc. which develops motivational, educational, leadership and entertainment programs for youth, businesses and community-based organizations., and as Dean of PITISE University an online learning center whose aim is to give students and organizations the opportunity to positively engage and impact families, communities and society through traditional and digital social media and outreach. His current aspirations center around the further development and growth of PITISE University.
